Good morning dr hope all is well im shaz reside in uk I'm 29 years old I had problem during my school days when I lay down to sleep my nose get blocked one side I been to ENT doctor years ago he just cleared my ear wax and the problem solved now this problem has comeback to me again as soon as I lay down now my nostril get blocked stressing me to breath please do advice

There can be many reasons for nasal blockage from allergy to infection to deviated septum. U should visit nearby ENT and Get DIAGNOSTIC NASAL ENDOSCOPY  done.
