Hi I do have a blocking nose and ears too for the past one month. When chill air or in AC I do get these symptoms. These symptoms are there for sometime in a day and get away on its own. May I know the reason for this and what medication should follow

Hi. There are several reasons why your nose could feel blocked.  You probably have a structural problem like a deviated septum which becomes more symptomatic when you are in a cold environment. This blocked nose also blocks the Eustachian tube (tube which connects the middle ear with the back of the nose)  further causing blocked sensation in the ears.  Steam inhalation could help to some extent.  However, I suggest that you consult an ENT specialist for a detailed evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and help you with treatment.
