Hello.....  In nasal septal deviation nose block is commonly seen..  It can be corrected surgically..  One with nasal  septal deviation wil  have repeated nasal  block..  So to get rid of it once for all operation is the only way. Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital if you are willing for operation.
