Nose bleeding after heavy head

From past few years I have been facing a problem, initially my head gets heavy, my eyes become red mostly left side then I start to feel that my nose will bleed, most of the times it leads to nose bleeding. This is happening frequently from past few weeks. Like once in a week. My mensuration cycle is also delayed. I want know what causes it and what should I do.

First get one ent consultation done to rule out local cause of nose bleed but do it on the same day you have bleeding.. If that is normal then will need further evaluation
