Hi I have problem of nose block I unable breath and I tried all type nasal drops (nasivion, Sinarest, orbit) but is not cure and if I use any drop 5mins I can get relief and I can't sleep without breath there is bad chest pain if I use more nasal drop headache will come i looking for permanent solution

You seem to be suffering from a condition known as rhinitis medicamentosa which occurs secondary to excessive use of decongestant nose drops such as Otrivin. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist so that he can help you to withdraw nasal drops and identify your primary cause of nasal obstruction
