I have sinus infection and tonsillitis last month. From yesterday my nose became red and got abscess... Can I take ciprofloxin or leave it.. Iam under Allegra meditation now

Please drop into my clinic. You need to be under aggressive antibiotic therapy and anti-inflammatory enzymes. Tonsillitis in adults is a sign of poor immune status!
