Hi there Want to ask that 18 year male Never actually masturbated Do get night fall/wet dreams 2-3 times in a month.. Also tried masturbation 3-4 times but feel very embarassed while doing it I do for 5-10 minutes Feel that something is happening . Feeling good but unable to do for more than 5 min ( hand starts to pain .. sometimes erection is not long lasted) and as a result semen not coming out But do get night fall Is there a problem or what to do Please help
