Normal itching near peri-anal region

I have gone through LIS surgery two months back and now only laxative but i feel itching near anus area (not severe but normal ) after passing stool mostly . Though i dont any other problems apart from itching.. Does my fissur re-occured? Or is ther any other problem ? I am using Cremage-h prescribed onitment once a day
