Non specific t change

My ECG Machine interpretation wrote non specific t change and sinus tachycardia. My cardiologist told me not to worry about the Machine interpretation the change is tachycardia induced. Still I am worried. AM I NORMAL?

Non specific ST-T change has no clinical significance. If you have any chest pain,then repeat ECG should be done.
