Hello..... If it's successful implantation,  heart beat should be detected by ultrasound in by 6 week5...  It's failure you will not see any sign of life and expulsion occurs naturally most of time...  Consult gynaecologist with ultrasound report...  Doctor will do needfull..  If it's missed abortion 4 to 6 weeks required for normal period.
