Noise cousing ear block n hearing issue

When I listen a music for a minute , even if it is for 1 minutes my right ear start to pain and my right nose became free, and left nose gets block.If I hear music with loud noise with earphone for 5 minutes  then right ear gets worsen and I can't hear anything properly.cant think even.please help anyone !!help!!help I don't know what to do I have spent lots of money but didn't got any cute yet.

The problem is with the closure of eustachian tube ..better to avoid earphones .....for further questions take Ent online consultation
