I am suffering from nocturnal emissions 2-3 times a month.mostly it occurs due to gas in rectum.how can I cure it.

It's normal at this age. During sleep when u see erotic dreams emission occurs. Regular ejaculation after marriage or via masturbation usually resolve this problem.
