No urine control

My mother 70yrs old, had eight deliveries, cannot control her urine at all as a result leading a miserable life. Can't go out of her home.pls advice. Is a sugar patient but in control,had open heart surgery 9 yrs.ago.

Get clinical evaluation done by a urologist including physical clinical examination, stress incontinence may be the cause.good minimally invasive surgical options are available now a days but require careful evaluation
