No sperm while discharging

Iam suffering from prostate enlargement grade 1 and taking medicine Augmentin 1000mg and silodal 8mg. Today i have sex and there is no sperm while discharging. Is this the side effect of medicine? Is this a temporary problem or it solve after medicines over? Is it male infertility?

Silodol may cause anejaculation and Retrograde ejaculation. Or sometimes  ejaculatory duct may be blocked. Since how long you are having dry ejaculation?
