Hello. I m 40years female. I would be grateful if anyone can help to find a solution to my problem. I am not able to get any orgasm with my partner. We love each other a lot and I have been having this problem for long. I used to jus feel little in my initial marriage life. Pls help

Use VISNA gel before sexual activity. Apply over intimate areas. Use tab ovigyn 25 mg or tab MyDHEA 25 mg three times a day for one to two months
