Want to enquire prior to conception. How can I conceive twin baby boys as I have always dreamt of them.also what all food should I have to have them. Heard that folic acid prior to sex helps is it true. Which tablet contains it. Can I have a b capsule on the day I wana win the sperm. Please help

It is near impossible to plan and get twin baby boys / girls by planning. Only by fluke it happens and that is the case even in IVF. Though it is wishful thinking. :) Folic acid is normally started 2 months before conception to prevent a lot of birth defects in the offspring. You can take Cap Folgel plus or Folvite MB one tablet a day till conception and also to continue it till first 3 months of pregnancy. Dr Sachin Dalal Madhu Hospital Bhandup West Mumbai.
