No pregnancy symptoms on 11dpo after iui

I have been put on progesterone support from day21. -28 after my iui treatment. Had stomach cramps and was given droitin for the pain. I have no pregnancy symptoms so far like vaginal discharge or tender breast etc.. Is this normal? When do the pregnancy symptoms start appearing? How do I know if my iui is successful.
