After 7 weeks my wife is showing no symptoms of pregnancy.last week , ultrasound was done it was all normal.Doctor has said that everything is normal no need to worry .she is due to conduct ultrasound after one week from now . My wife is taking weekly injections of eutric .she is also taking duphastion and one multi vitamin tablet.i jusr want to know whether there is any cause of worry as she is not showing sny symptoms like nausea etc .
