You need to take progesterone withdrawal for periods. I will immediately advise you to get your
FSH AND
LH test,
thyroid and
Prolactin again in day 2 of your periods . Once we have these tests we will have an idea to test further in depth for PCOS or any other problems.
Prolactin levels stay high in about 10 % of women and they need to take medications to keep it under control.
If it is severe pcod where you just don't get your periods without pills, then we need to do some more tests to look for
testosterone hormone and Insulin resistance and plan treatment accordingly.
If FSH hormone value is high then treatment plan is different.
It is important to make a diagnosis and blood tests will help with that.
