No periods even after taking Deviry 10mg

Hello, I had my periods in Jan 2021 n since then have not got my periods and also did pregnancy test but always negative so also did my ultrasound both tvs n abdominal one on 17 april 2021 and everything is normal ( no pcod n no endometrium thickness) so my gynae gave me deviry 10 mg for 5 days ( twice daily) but after that again i did not get my periods and now after 10th day of taking deviry 10 mg i have severe bloating and  nausea ( no vomitting) and today morning did pregnancy test its showing positive ( the kit was 20 days old) and also in ultrasound no pregnancy was detected or neither we had unprotected intercourse...pls guide how is this possible? Also have taken thyroid, lh, fsh and antimulleran hormone test report will be in 2 days

it might be ectopic preg,as kit is positive but on usg no gest sac is found. consult your gyne again.

Repeat the urine pregnancy test using a new kit. Get a serum bhcg and progesterone done. Review with reports to gynaec. Maybe ectopic/pregnancy of unknown location/faulty upt kit
