No period and clitoris pain

Yesterday I started having clitoris pains towards the end of when I urinate. I Haven't had a period and yes, I'm sexually active. Every time I have sex, I make sure its completely safe and when I'm done, I make sure there's no holes, or semen out of the condom. What is going on?
