Im 24 male ,A week ago I did a prostate massage, after which I had a difficulty in starting urination and feeling of incomplete urination. Now the urinary problems disappeared, but when I masturbated I have no orgasm , instead I feel a wierd stuffy pressure feeling with ejaculation
