No effect of sildenafil 50mg.

It was my first time that i tried Manforce 50mg (sildenafil). I took it around 10-15 mins prior to the act with my girlfriend. But i noticed the medication didnt made any effect. I was semi hard while foreplay. It didnt hardened really well so at loint i decided to not go further. Completed at foreplay and thts all. Plz tell whats the case.
