No Dominant filicle in both ovaries

Yesterday Doctor has done folicular test and confirmed that my Uterus size is small in size 4.01×2.6x2.1cm and their is no dominnant folicle both overies it seems and suggested to infertility center...plz kindly explain me that any chance is there to get pregnant
