I am currently working under hectic schedules and there is no time for physical activities Traveling for work for hours and sitting long hours are major problem . Feels tired all the time . There is no sexual feeling also . Masturbate once a week . Erection doesn't hold long .strongness lacks Is this leads to serious issues ? Kindly suggest remedies
