Nipple sensitivity

I have been having nipple sensitivity for one and half year. It i feels very awkward. I can not focus on my work. It is making me insane. I feel always sexual active because of this. I did not have such issue before one and half year. Can you please advice any treatment. It is urgent. I am not able to get any solution for it.
