A little bit of asymmetry is normal to have in breast . One breast is never a copy of other . If you notice any retraction of nipple , nipple discharge , any associated lump underneath or any change in shape , cracking , fissuring then kindly don’t ignore it . Your onco-surgeon has already examined you clinically so there is nothing to worry as of now . Just follow up closely and self examine your breast regularly and in any doubt consult your surgeon .
