Nipple pain, breasts itching, inverted

I've been experiencing intense nipple pain and itchiness from my breasts and my nipples have become inverted. This has been occurring for a week. I'm concerned because they are symptoms of breast cancer. The pain has been constant but the itching comes and goes. I've had an IUD for a year now and don't get a cycle. But I don't think this is related
