Hi sir i am 18 years old nd moreover i was doing masturbation since 13 regular twice and more in a day then after, 4 years ago i got problem of nightfall and dayfall and when its discharge then my heartbeats very fast, furthermore even my penis is not standing as tight as past so please help me sir i am so worried about it please tell me permanent
