What ever u describe  about hot than cold is not at all serious,  it happens to me also. I m a heart patient under cardiologist , she said no problem. So relax n chill.

Feeling warm suddenly every night after two hours of going to bed that goes as soon as I take my blanket off also after removing the blanket I feel cold and then when I put the blanket on I don't feel warm, but it happens after 2 hrs of going to sleep only, only yesterday it didn't happen, otherwise its happening since last one week. Also after removing the blanket I feel normal and a bit cold and when I put the blanket on I don't feel warm anymore. Is it a sign of night sweats or hot flashes . Please help. Also I have seen that these are symptoms of something serious. I'm scared.
