Nexzap 0.25mg Tablet is used in the treatment of short term anxiety, alcohol withdrawal and epilepsy.  There are common side effects such as sleepiness, Uncoordinated body movements, Slurred speech, Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Dry mouth in some cases Constipation. Talk to your doctor who may change medication if there are any severe side effects that you might be having.  As side effects vary person to person.  You doctor will know the best.
