My first premolar teeth was removed due to infection at it's root on January 4th of this year by surgeon. Later stiched yo stop blood flow. After removing of stich now it is one month but still I am unable to check anything on that side of mouth. Especially only 2nd premolar tooth is paining horribly. When asked dentist he said it will take 3 months to get bone growth proper in that area. Is it true?

Some times there could be two problems associated pain , you got one removed & other may pain , just take a second opinion & get rid of your problem

Bone healing takes a long time. However if your second premolar is paining you should get an X-ray done to evaluate it. It may require treatment.
