Asked for Male, 44 Years

Iam non diabetic iam ussing Nexito Plus tab at night for anxiety after consult neuro physician is there any chance impact on sugar levels using nexito plus tablet. Pls suggest. Regards.

Nexito Plus contains Escitalopram (an antidepressant) and Clonazepam (a benzodiazepine) and is commonly prescribed for anxiety disorders. Impact on Blood Sugar Levels: 1. Escitalopram (SSRI) – Generally does not cause significant blood sugar changes, but rare cases of increased or decreased glucose levels have been reported. 2. Clonazepam (Benzodiazepine) – Usually does not affect blood sugar directly but may cause drowsiness, reducing physical activity, which can indirectly impact metabolism.
