Nexito - Erectile Dysfunction and Libido
I am 25 years old male experiencing Erectile Dysfunction and decrease in sexual desire (libido) due to intake of Nexito.
I am attending CBT sessions since December 2021.
Medical History and Dosage -
Diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and situational depression. Physcometric assessment shows high score in anxiety, depression, and ocd.
Advised to attend cbt sessions weekly compulsorily.
I started nexito 3 days back -
Apr 4 at 11:00 AM took Nexito 10 MG (Half)
Apr 4 at 11:00 PM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril
Apr 5 at 11:00 AM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril
Apr 6 at 11:00 AM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril
I am parallely abusing Modafinil 200 MG taking morning empty stomach. I an tapering it down.
What should I do? I am feeling depressed and more depressed. I should take immediate step.
You should have discussion with your treating psychiatrist about changing your class of antidepressant to the one having lesser sexual side effects like bupropion. Moreover, sexual dysfunction also depends upon the amount of recovery from your illness and comorbid modafinil withdrawal.
