Newborn sleep issue

My newborn is 15 days old. Once he wakes up for feed, it takes 3-4 hours for him to fall asleep. We give him breast milk and sometimes formula milk too. Diaper changed and using ceiling fan. Sometimes he sleeps only for one hour or so especially at night. Is this normal? How to get him to sleep longer?

If breastfeeding is enough so that child is gaining weight and passing urine 8 times, than avoid formula feeds. Any formula milk is okay. NanPro, Similac Advanced, Similac is available but consider cost also. Than not allowed to shift again Night awakening and day sleeping is common till 3 months. Colic can be due to bottle feeding. No bottle feeding.
