Which neurotransmitter is primarily responsible for improving concentration ? Is it only Acetyl Choline ? Are nootropics like Alpha GPC / Piracetam proven to be effective in some people ? I understand it may be really difficult to find out the exact mechanism but are nootropics effecive clinically ? Please do not share some generic things which are your assumptions . Share only data which are backed by clinical trials or from your own clinical experience.

Do nootropics work in some people at some tines? Yes. Do nootropics work in all people at all times? Yes. Do nootropics have side effects of their own? Possibly. Should people 'try' nootropics without consulting a professional? NO! (As for the exact mechanisms involving cognition, please understand that Practo is not the appropriate platform for such discussions)
