Hey i wear diapers 24/7 and i need some one to help me change so i am also going away on holiday for few weeks and my il be visiting my niece, now she will pick me up i just want to know how do i tell her or say it to her? and should i tell her before she pick me up over the phone or when she picks me up and the face to face? PLEASE HELP ASAP!
