I have few symptoms and not sure whether all are related or not. My symptoms are, -> twitching, muscle weakness, head ache (near the ear region), excessive sweating, shortness of breath, dizziness(very low), numbness(low),climatic changes affects body(fever,digestion issues) i am currently taking homeopathy for normal health. i am just worried about my weakness in nerves. would be happy if you can help
