It is my sister she is 28 year old she been sick for 3yrs now. She cant move her part of body from shoulder to toes

If her vital parameter is under control & systemic illness is not there then cont Physiotherapist. As she is 3 yr old case so better consult a complete medical team and discuss for future prospective. Thank you
