My father's behaviour is changed. he is unavailable to identify anybody. He also have blood pressure problem. Ge was fallen from bike 2 days ago, but the behaviour problems is occurring since yesterday night. We have done some tests for the same. Kindly guide us.

He may require an mri brain  as Ct head is not suggestive of anything acute. chronic changes mentioned will not cause the acute issues he has currently. Also need more details regarding the behavioural issues.
