After completing 6 weeks (12 ml omnacortil) + 6 weeks( 10 ml omnacortil, alternate days), protine in my daighter's urine was in trace level a0nd sometimes negative. After 1 week she had a problem of cold and running nose for 4 days. Now we could see level of protien in urine started increasing to +2 for 3 days then +3 for 2 days. In urine test infection in urine was also traced. Is my daughter okay? Is this problem curable? How to deal with this situation? Pediatric Nephrologist is not available in our state. Please suggest.

Infection can make relapse of nephrotic syndrome...so by treating the cough cold and urinary tract infection this episode can be control. Nephrotic syndrome is a replacing syndrome, but most ( ~90% ) case will be cured by 5-6 years of age without any long term consequences. If urine protine is +2 or more for 3 or more days then it is called relapse and you have to start treatment of relapse.
Next Steps
be in touch with Pediatrician for regular follow up regarding nephrotic syndrome, it's complications and it's treatment related complications.
