Since 3 days my dog doesn't take any food. Drinking only water. today he took little bit milk around 2 to three spoons and that too vomited after some time. Don't know what happens. Observed that there is some wound/blood cot near to stomach. Please have a look at the images attached. Could you please check and let us know what it is and how it could be cured. Daber man dog . You can see the red spot in the pics. Which is little bit swelling and getting hard .. day by day it is increasing..
