Need to take another pill??

I had unprotected sex with my bf on 24 Jan early morning. He did not ejaculate inside me. I took the i-pill after 24 hours but before 72 hours, on 26 Jan. Is there a need to take another tablet? Is there a chance of getting pregnant? Approximately 1.5 days after taking the pill I have noticed some discharge from the vagina, can't recognise what is it. Please tell me ASAP

You don’t need to take another pill. Discharge could be normal vaginal discharge or infection. It’s difficult to say without examination. In case it’s foul smelling or itchy, it’s infection and will need short antibiotic treatment
