Need to increase my height
Hello,
I am 25 + years old..when I was in class 12..I was 5'6". after that I never measured my height..but I do not remember any increase in my height..i never did much exercise in teenage time or college time..now I want to grow taller..at least 2 to 4 inches...Please help me..at the same time..I am feeling that I have become shorter..Please provide a solution
Hello it is not possible or believe that you could have shot in your height and secondly there are no medically approved ways to improve on your height after the age of 21 because within that limit your adult height would have been attained...Hope you understand... Thank you
