Hi Welcome to procto As you told you have 4 c section and also tubal ligation In 2010. And you want to pregnant again .It is a critical condition but if it is necessary then contact your gynecologist . If there is only ligation of Fallopian tube and not fixation and adherence then possibility is more.and you may got pregnant but it totaly depend on condition of tube and uterus. Thanks
