Need to confirm PLT COUNT IS OKAY

My husband was having a fever from Thursday he was taking medicines continuously as doctor prescribed. Checked with doctor he asked me to take blood test. PLT count is 1.24 and TC 17700. till evening he feels ok but after that he has head ache and light fever. Is it possible to have dengue?

Please Nowadays in most of the fever cases, counts are disturbed Please consult a good physician in person
