Hi, my wife went through 1st trimester scanning find the attached reports, please suggest necessary of down syndrome test or need to take any precautions to take care of pregnancy

As they mentioned in report u can go ahead for anamoly scan between 18-22 wks and also for triple screening at 16-18 wks.
