As per echo report, my mother has 1. Calcified aortic valve. 2. Severe aortic stenosis with mild ar 3. Mild tr, mild pulmonary hypertension 4. Lv hypertrophy 5. Adequate lv function (ef 58%) 6. No regional wall motion abnormalities at rest Request to guide whether any medicine will resolve the above problem without surgery?
