Udiliv is not gastric irritant but can cause blotting and loose motion. Atenolol can  cause blotting. Use proton pump inhibitor it will help you. Avoid spicy and oily food. Keep your self hydrated. Go for morning and evening walks. Avoid unnecessary stress. Stop over thinking. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add probiotics to your diet.
