Dear Doctor,
Toady my father with out his knowledge he went out side .One of his friend see and asked to my father
He did not recognized his friend.
After some time he recognized he only bring to my Father to my home
Could you pleasse confirm why it is happen
Note:my father diabetic patient and he taken insulin daily

From what I can understand you are sharing an incident in which your father failed to recognise a known face and forgot his way back home.
